Business Process Re-Engineering Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and AI governance stakeholders to identify, assess, prioritize, and build business cases for automation and AI use cases.
• Document current-state processes, redesign future-state workflows, and address inefficiencies, control gaps, and manual workarounds.
• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and refine Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and M365 Agent Builder solutions using approved employee tooling.
• Assess data integrity, sensitivity, access, readiness, and solution risks before controlled deployment.
• Lead pilot-to-production adoption through readiness assessments, training, change management, coaching, and awareness campaigns.
• Track AI adoption, agent usage, and value realization while preparing updates for business leaders and governance committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, accounting, data processing, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of general experience, including business process analysis, process mapping, workflow redesign, business requirements, and technology-enabled change adoption.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools, prompt development, Microsoft 365 Copilot, M365 Agent Builder, Power Platform, ChatGPT, or comparable automation tools.
• Hands-on ability to build and maintain AI agents, configure knowledge sources and guardrails, test outputs, and document limitations.
• Strong understanding of AI risks including hallucination, drift, bias, data leakage, oversharing, and over-reliance on automation.
• Strong change management, stakeholder influence, communication, analytical, prioritization, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience, especially in a regulated environment.
• Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional, AI Agent Builder Associate, Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, or PMP certification.
