AI Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models for enterprise payment platforms.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and agentic workflows using cloud-native tools and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop LLM applications using prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
• Build autonomous AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentSpace, integrating vector databases such as PGVector.
• Implement MLOps practices covering CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to turn business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong foundation in ML and DL algorithms and systems.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI models, agentic AI systems, NLP, conversational AI, and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with production-grade AI systems, vector search, semantic retrieval, MLOps, and cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, RLHF, LLM evaluation, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.
• Knowledge of AI governance, safety, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, BigQuery, Snowflake, data engineering, or real-time data processing.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI/ML.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native AI tooling.
