Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, OT Compliance (OT)

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional locations in Denver, Colorado and San Antonio, Texas

Salary: $106,900–$184,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity compliance, governance, and risk management activities across operational technology environments.
• Assess security controls and business impact across industrial control systems, process control networks, and critical infrastructure assets.
• Coordinate compliance evaluations, remediation plans, user access certification, evidence collection, and audit readiness activities.
• Support regulatory, internal, external, and SOX audits through control testing, auditor engagement, issue resolution, and remediation tracking.
• Perform incident detection, analysis, response planning, containment, eradication, forensics, and reporting.
• Support vulnerability scanning, web application scanning, external penetration tests, security monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk management, security controls, governance, compliance reporting, and audit support.
• Knowledge of intrusion detection, threat analysis, threat hunting, vulnerability management, SIEM, and penetration testing.
• Professional certification such as Security+, Network+, OSCP, GIAC, CEH, CISA, CISM, or CISSP is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Digital, Audit, Cybersecurity, and other stakeholders.
