Registered Nurse - Cardiology - Full Time - Foundation Medical Partners (Cardiology)

Location: Nashua, NH, United States. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Provide direct ambulatory nursing care and education for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Triage cardiac symptoms in person and by phone, monitor changes, and escalate care when needed.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, APRNs, PAs, and other specialists on patient care plans.
• Administer cardiac medications, vaccines, and treatments.
• Assist with stress tests, EKGs, Holter monitor placement, point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and other cardiac procedures.
• Manage diagnostic and laboratory follow-ups, document care in the EMR, and support safety, infection prevention, emergency response, and ongoing cardiology training.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in New Hampshire, an NLC state, or Massachusetts required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong cardiac assessment, clinical judgment, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and Windows-based applications required; cardiology, telemetry, critical care, RN-BC, CCTM, or specialty certification experience is preferred.
