2027 Accelerated Development Program - Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site five days per week in Davidson, North Carolina; rotations are based in selected manufacturing plants across the United States and include two physical moves. Relocation assistance is provided when the distance to a new work location is at least 50 miles. Candidates must remain geographically flexible during and after the program.

Annual base salary: $72,500

What you will do

• Complete four mandatory six-month rotations, with an optional fifth rotation, across supply chain functions.
• Support production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, and logistics in Materials.
• Coordinate sourcing execution, suppliers, cross-functional projects, and procurement programs.
• Analyze transportation and distribution flows to improve service, cost, and delivery performance.
• Develop category strategies, supplier relationships, negotiation skills, cost management, and value creation in Corporate Procurement.
• Build capabilities in lean production, process improvement, SIOP, quality, safety, manufacturing engineering, and operational performance.

Requirements

• BS or BA in an engineering discipline, business with a supply chain emphasis, or supply chain, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
• Degree must be completed before the ADP start date.
• At least one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
• At least two demonstrated leadership examples or exceptional leadership of work projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical decision-making, adaptability, collaboration, and learning skills.
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
