Manager, Network Design and Implementation (Data Centers)

Location: Remote, United States. Travel: less than 50%. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background and drug screening.

Salary: $133,000–$154,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate data center projects from preconstruction through delivery, integrating telecommunications and trade systems.
• Lead telecommunications and DAS/ERRCS coordination, including meetings, contractor relationships, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optics, cabling, and network infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections, review documentation, and maintain compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Track deliverables, materials, risks, and contingency plans while providing updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure final systems are tested, commissioned, documented, and handed over successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in network design and implementation, including leading large-scale complex projects through all delivery phases.
• Strong technical understanding of network, security, A/V, DAS/ERRCS, BMS, and EPMS systems.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities and enterprise-level specifications across multiple projects or sites.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with overlapping requirements and deliverables.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
