2027 Summer Transfer Pricing Intern

Location: United States; compensation information applies to positions located in Colorado, Illinois, or Massachusetts. The role follows a principally in-person model with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team. Some local, national, and occasional international travel may be required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation: $35.00–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and support planning and transfer pricing policy design.
• Work on intangible migration engagements.
• Support transfer pricing controversy matters and audit defense.
• Assist with advance pricing agreements.
• Collaborate with Praxity Alliance firms to deliver services globally.
• Interact with executive clients and staff at all levels across the firm.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Detail-oriented approach with problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work hours that may exceed the standard 40-hour work week and travel when required.
