International Tax Business Intern - Summer 2027 (International Tax)

Location: Minneapolis, United States; travel to assigned client locations is required

Compensation: $34–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Provide strategic, integrated tax solutions focused on inbound and outbound structuring.
• Complete tax planning and research across multiple client engagements.
• Develop knowledge of foreign tax credits, worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes.
• Assist with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning.
• Build cross-border tax strategies with businesses around the world.
• Develop client relationships by understanding business needs and challenges.

Requirements

• Completion of at least 90 credit hours.
• Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., J.D., or equivalent degree at an accredited university.
• Accounting major.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
