2027 Controllers & Global Tax Group Internship Program

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid schedule with up to one day per week from home.

Salary: $25 per hour for Maryland and eligible listed locations; overtime eligible.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end accounting processes and transform financial data into reporting information.
• Gather, reconcile, and analyze data for journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Analyze financial and non-financial trends, prepare forecasts, and develop reports.
• Prepare shareholder and regulatory reports, investigate variances, and provide management commentary.
• Assist with accounting policy updates and the design, testing, and implementation of financial system enhancements.
• Prepare federal, state, and international tax schedules, returns, and forms.

Requirements

• Full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2028 and May/June 2029.
• Accounting major preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing learning of AI-augmented platforms preferred.
• Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported.
