International Tax Global Employer Services Intern - Winter 2027

Location: Minneapolis, United States; travel to assigned client locations is required, with reliable transportation available.

Compensation: $34–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Support integrated tax solutions for inbound and outbound business structuring.
• Assist with tax planning, research, and compliance activities.
• Apply general knowledge of foreign tax credits and global tax obligations.
• Develop an understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes.
• Assist with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning.
• Help build cross-border tax strategies for businesses operating internationally.

Requirements

• At least 90 completed credit hours.
• Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Accounting major.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, computer, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
