What you will do

• Translate complex product and business questions into analytical, statistical, and machine-learning approaches.
• Develop predictive and diagnostic models using customer, product, and behavioral data.
• Own analytical solutions from defining outcomes and engineering features through validation, operationalization, monitoring, and improvement.
• Design analyses to identify business drivers, test assumptions, and quantify uncertainty.
• Create reusable models, scores, features, and evaluation frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and other teams to turn findings into decisions and actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or a comparable role.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, including common data science and machine-learning libraries.
• Knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience operationalizing analytical models for recurring business use.
• Understanding of validation, data leakage, bias, uncertainty, and model limitations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
