Supervisor, IT Audit (Financial Services)

Location: Miami, United States. Full-time role requiring authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $82,500–$135,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Execute complex, risk-based technology audits and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls.
• Examine system configurations, logs, reports, technical documentation, and other evidence to identify control deficiencies and technology risks.
• Participate in audits of cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Design audit test steps, document testing, draft recommendations, and perform complex post-audit follow-up.
• Review workpapers and provide technical guidance, coaching, and supervision to less experienced team members.
• Maintain constructive relationships with internal and external audit stakeholders while meeting professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of audit experience and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience evaluating complex IT environments, technology processes, and technical controls.
• Experience testing IT control design and operating effectiveness, including application controls, interfaces, automated controls, system-generated reports, and data integrity.
• Understanding of network technologies, operating systems, databases, and enterprise technology architectures.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience auditing, assessing, administering, or supporting cloud environments.
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53, COBIT, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• CISA certification.
