Content Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in London or remote from the EU

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for leading AI teams.

What you will do

• Own the editorial calendar and publishing cadence across performance benchmarks, deployment guides, applied-research papers, customer stories, and product launches.
• Coordinate content production across the AI Lab, AI Developer Advocates, Engineering, Marketing, and ecosystem partners.
• Edit highly technical content for clarity while preserving its substance, and write informational and narrative pieces.
• Direct SEO and GEO agencies and external writers, integrating their work into the editorial plan.
• Partner with Product Marketing on how positioning is expressed through content.
• Build a contributor network and scale the editorial function with agency and freelance support when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, including at least 3 years editing technical content for developer or research-grade audiences.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to maintain a high quality bar.
• Technical fluency to fact-check and simplify complex material without distorting it.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to move between editing and original writing.
• Experience coordinating engineering, product, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Experience directing agencies and external contributors, plus familiarity with GEO and how technical content earns citations from AI assistants.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or developer tool product companies.
• Familiarity with the AI developer community and its content preferences.
• Experience building external contributor networks or ambassador and champion programs.
