Customer Implementation Engineer (PeopleFluent)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom or United States. Working hours are 12pm–8pm UK time, with coverage of the majority of the US business day. International travel to the United States may be required for client implementations, team onsites, and training.

What you will do

• Implement Watershed for clients by connecting client systems and configuring solutions to meet business goals.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, REST API integrations, scripts, and data connections.
• Analyze complex learning data and create dashboards and reports that support client decision-making.
• Consult with clients, recommend best practices, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver product training.
• Automate repetitive workflows and develop deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Represent the product in client and partner relationships and occasionally contribute to the Watershed core product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience, including experience with Python, Java, REST APIs, data wrangling, or software automation tools.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS, data science, analytics, or reporting tools.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and MySQL, with familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD automation.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK or US and cover 12pm–8pm UK time, including most of the US business day.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate learning ecosystems, learning data, xAPI, SCORM, or JSON.
