Program Specialist (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote within Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, or the District of Columbia

Salary: $49,000–$56,000 annually depending on experience. Additional compensation range listed: $48,800–$66,300.

What you will do

• Manage program data and conduct analysis.
• Support program scope reporting and goal setting.
• Interact with clients and account stakeholders.
• Lead teams by training staff, reviewing work quality, and overseeing timelines.
• Address system functionality and drive process improvements.
• Produce professional reports while ensuring compliance with contract terms and content requirements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of customer and client engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Must pass required pre-employment checks.
• Meet applicable DOT qualifications and transportation regulations if required for the role.
