Operations Solutions UAT Specialist (Mortgage)

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for testing communications between technology teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and UAT forms for technical updates.
• Complete UAT within SLAs and document testing results, defects, issues, and enhancement requests in JIRA.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and confirm that solutions meet business and user requirements.
• Communicate testing progress, change impacts, and deployment updates to project managers, employees, and operational teams.
• Validate production changes, support training materials and SOPs, identify process improvements, and assist with audits and reviews.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience with Encompass LOS and knowledge of the overall mortgage workflow.
• Knowledge of agency guidelines, compliance requirements, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong prioritization, organization, time management, conflict management, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
