Junior Cloud Security Validation Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated web application tests using Java with Selenide or Selenium.
• Design and execute test cases covering functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to maintain test coverage as requirements change.
• Identify, prioritize, and report defects across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Refactor automation suites to improve speed, stability, and maintainability.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and review sessions while adapting to shifting priorities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience as an AQA Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong Java skills and familiarity with Selenide or Selenium WebDriver.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience developing and executing automated test suites for web applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills, with resilience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
