What you will do

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date understanding of markets using data and research intelligence.
• Conduct analyses, create charts, and perform quality checks for analytical reports.
• Support research design, questionnaire development, analytical solutions, and consumer insight recommendations.
• Prepare proposals and credential presentations for clients.
• Manage research projects from start to finish with support from the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams and deliver timely, high-quality client services.

Requirements

• University degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Cantonese-speaking ability is required, and applicants may need to hold a valid Hong Kong work visa.
• Proactive approach, commitment to excellence, and ability to work effectively in a team.
