Campaign Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
• Identify influencers, assess brand and audience fit, and build long-term creator relationships.
• Negotiate partnerships, compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
• Prepare creative briefs, review influencer-generated content, and coordinate client approvals.
• Manage campaign timelines, milestones, budgets, and expenditures from concept to delivery.
• Monitor impressions, reach, and engagement, using performance data to recommend optimisation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience planning and executing influencer campaigns.
• Experience delegating and prioritising a changing workload.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics, including impressions, reach, and engagements.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
