Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager (Germany)

What you will do

• Manage creator, affiliate, influencer, and talent campaigns for priority EMEA markets, especially the UK and Germany.
• Develop casting strategies that reflect diversity, volume, and authenticity, translating brand concepts into creator-led campaigns.
• Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, Creative, Production, Live Shopping, and Experiential teams.
• Manage campaigns from initial brainstorming and external talent engagement through production and final asset delivery.
• Oversee contracts, payment processing, project timelines, quality control, and compliance.
• Monitor project financial health, improve workflows, reduce revisions, and protect delivery margins.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects, or talent management.
• Experience combining creative judgment with operational management of budgets and timelines.
• Ability to present concepts, explain the business value of creators, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience managing complex conversations, providing clear and empathetic feedback, and navigating challenges.
• Social-first mindset with a strong focus on creative quality, commercial safety, and production excellence.
• Authorization to work in Germany is required.
