What you will do

• Identify and select influencers aligned with client audiences and campaign objectives.
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns with creators, internal teams, agencies, and brand partners.
• Oversee branded content creation and delivery, including adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Track influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices while exploring new content formats.
• Mentor and guide Associate-level team members and support broader campaign objectives across media channels.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer and branded content, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in content creation, influencer marketing strategy, and partnership development.
• Experience with contract review, proposal development, and influencer negotiations.
• Strong project implementation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of advertising standards and experience using influencer management dashboards, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Curiosity, adaptability, client focus, and a people-focused leadership approach.
