Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights

Location: United States; office-based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with a listed salary range also available for Sunnyvale, California

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000 in Bentonville or $104,000–$202,000 in Sunnyvale, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies.
• Develop, implement, and refine strategic plans with internal and external partners.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend initiatives that improve growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities and executing business plans.
• Establish processes for efficiency, compliance, and performance measurement.
• Mentor associates and promote continuous improvement, ethics, and policy adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in data analytics, project management, business analysis, or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience developing strategies, evaluating programs, and driving operational improvements.
• Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with a statistical programming language.
• Experience supervising associates and working on cross-functional projects.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional or Six Sigma certification.
