Network Systems Engineer (Pre-Sales) - Cloud Networking

Location: Warsaw, Poland; preference for candidates based within 1 hour of Warsaw. Flexible home office / flex office environment.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to identify customer challenges, gather requirements, conduct network architecture sessions, and present products.
• Architect, design, and propose data center, routing, campus, and security networking solutions.
• Run hands-on customer proof-of-concepts and initial network deployments.
• Create network design guidelines, recommend improvements, and lead technical responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Lead customer feature requests from requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management and Development, represent Arista at industry events, and author technical content.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English.
• Technical degree and experience designing and implementing networks.
• Practical routing and switching experience with protocols such as Spanning Tree, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, and network segmentation.
• Recent experience with data center, routing, or campus network architecture.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, or Network Consulting Engineer.
• Strong presentation skills, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate with sales and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Practical security deployment experience.
• Recent hands-on CLI experience.
• Experience or interest in NetOps / DevOps with Python and Ansible.
• Arista Cloud Engineering Level 5 or higher certification, or equivalent industry qualifications.
