Full-Stack Product Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: On-site in Leipzig, Saxony, Germany, with presence in the Berlin office also expected. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Germany.

Salary: €90,000–€110,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication through chat and voice, operational decisions, and property tasks.
• Own product features from scoping through shipping, iteration, and safe production delivery.
• Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures for upcoming product requirements.
• Study real operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, workarounds, and hidden steps.
• Translate complex property-management processes into reliable, production-ready software.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align product and engineering decisions.

Requirements

• Production experience building agentic AI systems or agents.
• Strong full-stack JavaScript and TypeScript skills, including React and Express.
• Experience with microservice architecture, AWS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Linear, Notion, and agentic engineering tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Sound judgment around resilient backend integrations, secure data handling, fallback strategies, and user experience.
• Fluent English and willingness to relocate to Germany and work on-site from the Leipzig or Berlin office as required.
