Strategy Insights & Planning Associate

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for most of the week; travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Apply problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business challenges.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights and inform client decisions.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate findings to clients and hirify.global teams.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to implement solutions and own assigned project deliverables.
• Travel as needed for client-facing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, with strong academic performance in quantitative and analytical coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
