Manager I, Engineering (Maintenance)

Location: Guayama, Puerto Rico; onsite manufacturing site

What you will do

• Lead the site's preventive, corrective, predictive, and mechanical integrity maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance, reliability, planning and scheduling, and warehouse teams supporting manufacturing operations.
• Drive equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, and maintenance KPI improvements.
• Provide technical leadership for process equipment including pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, piping systems, columns, and scrubbers.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, documentation, audits, corrective actions, and welding activities.
• Manage maintenance budgets, capital planning, shutdowns, turnarounds, contractors, tools, and MRO spare-parts inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Eight to ten years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering.
• Leadership experience managing maintenance or engineering teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs and Mechanical Integrity programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, pressure vessels, piping systems, rotating equipment, process equipment, and process manufacturing systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Guayama, Puerto Rico.
