Enterprise Architect for Professional Services (Cloud Migration & Transformation)

Location: Košice, Slovakia. Remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: Base salary from €3,100 gross per month, depending on seniority and previous experience, plus variable compensation and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Define cloud migration and modernization strategies, target architectures, landing zones, and workload transformation approaches.
• Lead complex cloud transformation initiatives and provide architectural governance across migration programs and cloud platforms.
• Develop migration service offerings, delivery packages, frameworks, standards, blueprints, readiness assessments, and quality gates.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and AI-assisted migration assessment and delivery.
• Support strategic presales engagements, customer workshops, deal reviews, business cases, proposals, and transformation roadmaps.
• Mentor architects and engineers, review design artifacts, resolve escalated technical challenges, and shape long-term architecture standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional IT experience focused on cloud transformation and enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in public cloud platforms, virtualization, infrastructure, networking, security, and managed services.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including operating models, landing zones, governance, and cloud adoption strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevSecOps, and platform engineering practices.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical strategies and managing stakeholders from engineering teams through executive leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
