Senior Software Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Remote Krakow, Poland

What you will do

• Translate user and stakeholder requirements into technical design documents.
• Design scalable architectures covering software, hardware, and communication components.
• Create system design diagrams and develop moderate-to-complex web applications across multiple platforms.
• Build, test, and maintain applications, websites, data processes, and user interfaces.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines while maintaining code quality and DevOps alignment.
• Conduct code reviews, promote engineering standards, and collaborate on technical direction and delivery planning.

Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET 8+ for Web APIs and Worker Services.
• Strong experience with C# 8 or later, Elasticsearch, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus, plus Redis or similar caching technologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, and Releases.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue; microservices architecture; and unit testing practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
• Experience in online gaming or casino products, gambling regulations, and compliance.
• Experience developing customer retention strategies.
