Future Talent - Production Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Beijing, China; onsite production environment

What you will do

• Study factory operations, production processes, and working methods.
• Work with operators and management to achieve factory KPI targets.
• Deliver training and provide management support for shopfloor employees with the process team.
• Improve production equipment efficiency and process performance using World Class Manufacturing methodology.
• Analyze production issues involving product quality and machine efficiency, then implement corrective actions.
• Participate in daily World Class Manufacturing activities and related factory projects.

Requirements

• Fresh bachelor's or master's graduates, or employees with less than one year of experience.
• Good English skills and proficiency with office software.
• Preferred background in industrial, production, manufacturing, or engineering disciplines.
• Interest in manufacturing production and collaboration with operators and cross-functional teams.
• Innovative thinking, fast learning, self-motivation, and a willingness to solve problems and pursue goals.
• Experience or interest in Python, Power BI, Power Apps, AI, or digitalization.
