Senior Executive, Qualitative Research

What you will do

• Design and execute qualitative research projects across sectors, categories, markets, and business issues.
• Drive issue-based analysis, generate proactive insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Create analytical presentations and consultative storytelling for clients.
• Ensure quality across data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation delivery.
• Build strong client relationships through empathetic understanding and advisory support.
• Support innovation by applying new techniques and technologies to qualitative research.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in qualitative research.
• Practical experience with moderation, focus groups, ethnography, in-depth or expert interviews, and projective techniques.
• Strong research discipline and the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative research.
• Experience or academic background in ethnography, semiotics, design thinking, or UI/UX is valuable.
• Result-focused, optimistic, adaptable, and motivated to make a difference.
