Account Executive

What you will do

• Build relationships with clients across different departments.
• Take client briefs and manage small projects from creative briefing through design and delivery.
• Support the Account Director and Senior Account Manager across projects for a major account.
• Manage BAU builds from preparation through QA, sign-off, and final approval.
• Coordinate creative, development, and copywriting resources to keep projects on track.
• Support account administration, project resourcing, timelines, and team availability.

Requirements

• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and project and administrative management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Hands-on, self-motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Experience working in a digitally led environment with exposure to development and creative projects.

Nice to have

• Ability to identify creative solutions.
