Senior or Staff Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered procurement platform for industrial companies.

What you will do

• Define how agentic AI capabilities are presented, including agent activity and surfaced findings.
• Design interaction patterns that support collaboration between AI and human judgment.
• Create 3–6 month product vision work through prototypes and tangible artifacts.
• Improve product craft and coherence as engineering velocity and feature output increase.
• Work directly in code to refine interactions and deliver last-mile polish before launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts on complex procurement workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a senior or staff product designer, with a shipped portfolio in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data-heavy products.
• Strong visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and systems design capabilities.
• Ability to prototype runnable product experiences beyond Figma and improve interactions in code.
• Experience forming a point of view on trustworthy AI experiences, transparency, and appropriate automation.
• Comfort inventing interaction patterns under ambiguity and delivering tangible vision work on short horizons.
• Regular hands-on use of large language model assistants and AI-native coding tools, plus startup or high-growth company experience or equivalent project complexity.

• Experience designing agentic or autonomous AI features.
• Familiarity with procurement or manufacturing domains.
