Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hamburg, Germany; hybrid setup with 3 core office days

hirify.global is a SaaS company building tools for mobile game publishers to manage, analyze, and automate global growth marketing and gain mobile product insights.

What you will do

• Take product features from problem definition and research through flows, interface design, and shipped results.
• Build, document, and evolve the production design system, including components, variants, states, tokens, and governance.
• Design data-dense charts and screens with strong information hierarchy and readability.
• Shape AI-assisted product surfaces, including output transparency, confidence, review steps, and error handling.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers, specify components for frontend implementation, and review the built result.
• Conduct research and usability testing with gaming studios and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design or a comparable end-to-end design role, ideally in complex SaaS.
• Strong skills across research, user flows, interaction design, and visual design.
• Production experience building and maintaining a documented design system.
• Expertise in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work and its impact.
• Daily experience with AI tools and the judgment to assess their appropriate use.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners and engineers and clearly explain design rationale.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics, data visualization, or other data-dense environments.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React and component development tools such as Storybook.
