Content + Social Media Manager (Wellness)

Location: Remote, Fargo, North Dakota, United States; quarterly long-form video shoots take place in Fargo, ND.

What you will do

• Ideate, script, film, and edit short- and long-form videos and graphics for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Partner with the videographer on quarterly long-form shoots in Fargo, supporting planning, production, and post-production.
• Manage the monthly content calendar, publishing workflows, and day-to-day social media scheduling.
• Source, brief, and direct UGC creators while building a consistent pipeline of organic and advertising content.
• Lead community engagement, social collaborations, giveaways, and other initiatives with Customer Support and marketing teams.
• Monitor social performance and turn engagement, reach, video views, audience growth, feedback, and trends into content recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on social media management and original content production for consumer brands.
• Experience with mobile and desktop video production and editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience managing UGC creator platforms, writing creator briefs, and developing creator relationships.
• Strong platform-native social copywriting, knowledge of social trends, algorithms, content formats, and analytics.
• Experience managing content calendars, publishing workflows, digital asset libraries, and cross-functional creative processes.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with influencer marketing, PR, brand collaborations, or e-commerce.
• Experience creating content in wellness, health, beauty, or consumer packaged goods.
