Our team is actively growing, and we are looking for a Junior+ ML/AI Engineer to join us and help develop AI-powered solutions.

📍 Location: Minsk — Office
⏰ Format: Full-time
🌍 English: B2+

We are looking for an engineer with hands-on experience in RAG-based systems, graph databases, and voice/text AI models. Experience in telecom, IoT, or network-related projects will be a strong advantage.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, chunking, and prompt engineering
• Practical experience with Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or similar
• Experience integrating ML services into backend applications
• REST APIs and webhooks
• Ability to quickly understand a new technical domain

➕ Nice to Have:

• n8n or other workflow automation tools
• Deep Learning experience
• Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• MLOps knowledge
• Data visualization tools
• Telecom / IoT / network services experience
• Personal ML projects or Kaggle experience
