Junior+ ML/AI Engineer (RAG/LLM)

Aksamit Mobile Solutions develops applications for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe, working across fintech, health, social media, and blockchain products.

What you will do

• Build RAG-based machine learning and AI systems.
• Integrate large language models, including OpenAI and open-source models.
• Develop voice and text AI integrations using speech-to-text and text-to-speech models or APIs.
• Work with graph databases, relationships, graph queries, and ontologies.
• Integrate ML services into backend applications using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Learn the telecom domain and contribute effectively within a product team.

Requirements

• Junior+ level with hands-on experience building RAG systems or similar architectures.
• Strong Python skills and experience integrating ML services into backend applications.
• Practical experience with STT, TTS, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, chunking, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or similar technologies.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work from the Minsk office or remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n, workflow orchestration, or pipeline automation tools.
• Telecom, IoT, or network services experience.
• Deep learning, MLOps, data visualization, or personal ML project experience.
• Docker or AWS, GCP, or Azure experience.
• Participation in Kaggle competitions.
