Technical Trainer Radio Monitoring (COMINT)

Location: Munich, Germany; the role includes delivery at company facilities and customer sites, as well as international travel.

What you will do

• Design and deliver technical training solutions for COMINT systems.
• Deliver training at company facilities and directly on customer sites in Germany and internationally.
• Standardize training content, materials, and learning approaches.
• Develop innovative learning formats, including remote and e-learning solutions.
• Analyze customer training requirements during the sales phase and define suitable solutions.
• Work with internal interfaces and subject matter experts to align training content with customer needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience designing and delivering customer training programs.
• Experience or knowledge in COMINT is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers in an international environment.
• Very good English and German language skills required.
• Willingness to travel internationally required.
