Financial Reporting Oversight Manager (Public Markets)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Dublin office, Ireland

Salary: €83,000–€103,000 per year, plus an annual performance-related bonus plan and share schemes

What you will do

• Lead the financial reporting function across public market fund ranges.
• Review and constructively challenge fund financial statements prepared by third-party administrators.
• Ensure reporting is complete, accurate, and aligned with accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies.
• Provide technical accounting oversight across FRS 102, IFRS, UK GAAP, UK SORP, and Lux GAAP.
• Partner with auditors, fund administrators, fund boards, committees, trustees, and depositaries to strengthen governance and resolve reporting issues.
• Manage and develop Financial Reporting Supervisors and Analysts while driving continuous improvement in oversight frameworks and review methodologies.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise, including IFRS.
• Detailed understanding of fund financial statement controls, governance, and audit processes.
• Experience in Public Markets and fund financial control, audit, or technical accounting roles.
• Experience reviewing and challenging work produced by third-party administrators.
• Knowledge of net asset value calculations, share class distribution calculations, UCITS, and AIFMD regulations.
