Operations Leader (Web3)

A Web3 business building decentralized infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized earning products for cross-chain token trading.

What you will do

• Own the operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, focusing on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion across the user lifecycle.
• Design mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement.
• Identify and operate market categories including sports, esports, politics, policy, and other event-driven topics.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, data, and technology teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor metrics, research competitors, optimize performance, and build scalable operational frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operations.
• Solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior, or strong end-to-end project management experience.
• Familiarity with liquidity management and mechanisms that drive participation.
• Holistic understanding of categories, channels, growth, and conversion.
• Strong data analysis, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms is advantageous.
