Associate Director, Analytics Modelling Services, UK (Market Mix Modelling)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3–6 econometricians through regular feedback and growth planning.
• Oversee analytics and modelling projects across multiple clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Act as the senior analytics sponsor and primary client relationship lead.
• Review data processing and challenge the quality and insight of client analysis.
• Coordinate integration with hirify.global departments and co-lead commercial excellence.
• Support annual income growth targets and identify opportunities to expand analytics services.

Requirements

• In-depth experience with Market Mix Modelling and other media-industry modelling techniques.
• Experience working with clients across multiple sectors and managing senior stakeholder needs.
• Advanced R or other statistical software skills.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools and techniques.
• Commercial acumen, sound judgement, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and remain calm under pressure.
