Product Manager Assistant (Fragrance)

Location: Paris, France. Six-month internship starting in January 2027.

hirify.global is a global beauty company with brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care, developing a new Swarovski fragrance licence.

What you will do

• Support the development and preparation of new Swarovski fragrance launches.
• Prepare and follow up on briefs with design agencies and mock-up suppliers.
• Coordinate operational projects with internal teams including R&D, digital, retail, and supply chain.
• Coordinate external suppliers and agencies throughout product development.
• Contribute to 360° marketing materials covering concepts, storytelling, positioning, sampling, communication, merchandising, and training.
• Monitor fragrance and beauty trends, new launches, innovations, and competitor activity to support long-term market strategies.

Requirements

• At the end of studies.
• Previous product launch experience from an internship.
• Beauty enthusiast with an innovative, rigorous, and creative approach.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong communication skills and a motivated, collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English and French required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Italian or German language skills.
