What you will do

• Manage pre- and post-trade execution processes, including allocations, hedge calculations, compliance checks, deadlines, and trade construction in the OMS.
• Oversee end-of-day trade processing, portfolio valuations, confirmation breaks, and trade fails with the back office.
• Monitor cash flows, portfolio drift, rebalancing trades, fund orders, FX settlements, and post-trade impacts.
• Support corporate actions by preclearing voluntary actions and coordinating deadlines with portfolio managers, Client Service, and Compliance.
• Review portfolio compliance reports, downgrade dashboards, benchmark updates, daily reporting, and monthly performance data.
• Prepare portfolio analysis for client requests and support investment accounting queries related to book value, yield, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial, mathematical, and statistical analysis skills.
• Expert-level Excel proficiency.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Asset management experience is highly valued; Money Markets experience is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CFA or progress toward IMC or a similar designation is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with SQL or Python query tools.
• Money Markets experience.
• CFA designation or progress toward IMC.
