Transformation Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Build Lovable’s transformation capability and define its AI transformation methodology.
• Work with executives at strategic customers to identify high-leverage problems and develop transformation-led opportunities.
• Translate strategic objectives into workflows, products, roadmaps, prototypes, and adoption plans.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to scope and build solutions that become embedded in customer operations.
• Drive initiatives from initial prototype through organizational adoption and measurable impact.
• Create repeatable playbooks and engagement models that scale across customers, industries, and geographies.

Requirements

• Significant experience selling and leading complex enterprise transformations or strategic customer engagements.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ownership of adoption and organizational change, beyond making recommendations.
• Technical depth sufficient to work closely with engineers, understand feasibility, and scope solutions.
• Strong commercial judgment, executive communication, stakeholder leadership, and understanding of large organizations.
• High agency and comfort creating structure from ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience building a new function, practice, or business from scratch.
• Experience in enterprise AI, high-growth SaaS, technical products, developer tools, or AI-native products.
• Combined consulting and operating experience.
