Business Development Executive (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: zł102,000–zł189,400 annualized base pay; incentive plans, bonuses, and other compensation may also be available.

What you will do

• Drive new-business and new-account acquisition for hirify.global Tech and Apps products.
• Develop prospects through individual outreach, events, and campaigns.
• Secure appointments, identify client needs, and deliver sales presentations.
• Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base within defined market segments.
• Work with medium-sized or small-to-medium-sized accounts and pursue high-profile clients and large deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–5 years of field sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with new-business acquisition and account development.
• English-language CV required.
