What you will do

• Research and develop technical solutions that support roadside repairs and diagnosis.
• Create, review, proof, and publish technical guides, bulletins, and support resources.
• Produce video content, training materials, and practical resources for patrol teams.
• Provide technical advice and respond to specialist enquiries.
• Support training program development and knowledge management for technical teams.
• Contribute to national projects, trials, industry research, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic or Automotive Electrician.
• Current driver licence.
• Experience researching technical information and developing technical documentation or articles.
• Intermediate Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams skills.
• Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality outcomes.

Nice to have

• Roadside assistance experience and extensive automotive industry experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing training programs, learning materials, video content, or other media.
• Customer service experience with strong professional ethics and communication skills.
