Recruiter - Fixed Term (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and support roles, from sourcing and screening through selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Create vacancies and source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, agencies, colleges, and talent databases.
• Conduct structured competency-based telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on requirements, shortlisting, and selection decisions.
• Maintain accurate vacancy, candidate, interview, and recruitment data in SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Build talent pipelines, monitor KPIs and time-to-hire, and coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an in-house or agency Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; SmartRecruiters experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of UK Right to Work requirements and recruitment compliance.
• High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; an HR, Business, or related qualification is desirable.
