Time & Attendance Specialist (SAP)

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid working model with remote work permitted within Portugal. The role supports Time Management for Germany.

What you will do

• Manage Time Management services, tools, processes, and delivery for Germany.
• Define the future Time & Attendance technology landscape with IT, business stakeholders, and global teams.
• Support the transition to the future HR operating model and coordinate with Payroll and HR Services teams.
• Manage Time & Attendance data feeds to downstream applications, including payroll systems.
• Contribute to global governance, process standardization, system consolidation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage initiatives, support projects, maintain documentation, and act as the German Time Management expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR and Time Operations, including vendor management for Germany.
• Strong experience with Time Management solutions and multi-country HR systems implementation.
• SAP experience is required.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of legal and tariff regulations and experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
• Fluent German and proficiency in English required.
