Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance

What you will do

• Lead Corporate Finance across Global Business Services, Corporate Accounting and External Reporting, Group Tax, Group Treasury, and Process Excellence.
• Develop a global organization of approximately 360 employees and a senior leadership team of Vice Presidents.
• Drive finance transformation, process standardization, shared services, offshoring, and nearshoring initiatives.
• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, controls, reporting, tax, treasury, liquidity, funding, and financial risk management.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, purchase price allocation, financing structures, and tax structuring.
• Advise the Group CFO, Executive Committee, Audit and Compliance Committee, auditors, banks, regulators, and other senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior Finance leadership experience across corporate finance, accounting, treasury, tax, global business services, or related functions.
• 5–10 years of strategy and M&A transaction experience, including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or financing structures.
• Experience leading large global Finance organizations and senior executive teams in complex multinational environments.
• Expertise in financial management, reporting, governance, compliance, controls, risk management, and finance transformation.
• Experience with major ERP and Finance transformation programmes; SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
• Master's degree in Business or a related discipline required. Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage.
