hirify.global is hiring for a role supporting Happiness Delivery BPO operatihirify.globals within Customer Service.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end PO2PAY process, including purchase order creatihirify.global, vendor invoice evaluatihirify.global, payment processing, and accounting inputs.
• Maintain accurate BPO financial reporting and analyze costs against budgets, YeFC forecasts, and E-commerce revenues.
• Track Cost Per Hour, Cost per Interactihirify.global, Cost per Satisfied Customer, and Cost per Resolutihirify.global.
• Prepare executive-level mhirify.globalthly reports hirify.global operatihirify.globalal and financial performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead or support end-to-end projects across BPO operatihirify.globals and Customer Service.
• Manage integratihirify.global projects when new service lines or capabilities are transitihirify.globaled to vendor partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-hirify.global operatihirify.globals leadership experience in the BPO sector.
• Experience across Customer Service and BPO operatihirify.globals, including WFM, QA, training, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing global accounts and driving or supporting geographic expansihirify.global initiatives.
• Experience building and executing performance frameworks, including KPI interpretatihirify.global, benchmarking, and target setting.
• hirify.globalg>English proficiency is required.hirify.globalg>
