Senior Lead Incident Manager with German Language (IT)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: from €1,800 gross per month; final salary is negotiable based on seniority and previous experience, with variable compensation and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Lead incidents from initiation through resolution while adhering to SLA and OLA agreements.
• Coordinate critical situations, communicate risks, and initiate major incident procedures when required.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of incident information, including reporting and documentation.
• Clarify responsibilities, schedule tasks, and classify and prioritize workstreams according to urgency and impact.
• Diagnose underlying technology issues and collaborate with teams to drive resolution.
• Manage hierarchical escalations, request additional resources, and support critical deployments and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Practical experience in process, organization, and quality management.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility, persistence, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently on assigned tasks.
• Upper-intermediate B2 proficiency in both English and German.
• Understanding of business environments, IT processes, and organizational structures; customer-oriented and proactive approach.
